Robots Live!  At Grantham 11th & 12th September 2021

Event Cancelled

To all robot fans, we regret to inform you that we have been forced to cancel this year’s event in Grantham.

We were contacted last week by the venue (Meres Leisure Centre), that their seating system had failed its annual safety inspection earlier this month. Unfortunately, they are unable to have the necessary work carried out until after the date of our event, this has led them to cancel our booking.

We have tried to work with the venue to come up with a solution, but unfortunately, they were unwilling to come to any compromise.

This is the first time in 15 years we have had to cancel an event, after managing to find our way through Covid, we are gutted that this has happened and at such late notice. We can only apologise for the situation, we we’re as excited as you to be running the show once again.

All ticket holders will automatically receive a refund and should be informed by email and post by the box office.

We are currently looking for a new venue in the East Midlands to come to next year, we ask all ticket holders from Grantham to keep a copy of their cancellation email/letter as we will offer discounted tickets to that event as a form of an apology.

We thank everybody for your support over the past 18months, we know some of you have had your tickets for nearly two years.

Once again, we can only apologise for the cancelation and we hope to be back in the East Midlands soon!

Robots Live Ltd.Robots Live comes to the Meres Leisure Centre, Grantham, as part of their UK tour. Joining Apollo will be other famous faces from the new and old series of Robot Wars, including; TR2, Eruption, Gabriel and Behemoth.

They will all be battling to be crowned the Robots Live! Champion.

Joining the competitors in the arena will be our very own 'House Robots'. Keeping control of the 110kg heavyweights, will be 'Goliath', weighing in at ~1'000kg and standing 5feet tall, he is capable of rolling over a car with his powerful crushing arm and tracked drive.

Alongside him will be a new house robot for 2021! During the shows you might also get a glimpse of some of the other crazy and famous TV and movie robots, with a Dalek almost certain to interrupt the show at some point!

Please note the new dates of Saturday 11th September July and Sunday 11th September 2021. All tickets from previous dates will be transferred to the new dates.

All VIP tickets have now sold out. Standard tickets are still available.
